Praestria isn't yet another generic CRM. It's the CRM infrastructure that intermediates a market — Supply, PPAs, flexibility, ESCs, guarantees of origin — where transactions reach millions of euros and where data only has value at the moment of the match.

The shift

The energy market is structuring. Generic CRMs aren't keeping up.

Energy actors — suppliers, renewable producers, brokers, ESC obligated parties, public affairs and legal departments — need a platform built for their business. Not a generic tool you have to teach what a PPA, a PRM or a NEBEF is.

Data sovereignty
France-based OVH cluster129 hosting. No foreign jurisdiction. No export outside the EU. Clients remain owners of their data at all times and can export on simple request.
Open code (AGPLv3)
All platform code is public on GitHub. Auditable, challengeable, forkable. Proprietary lock-in doesn't exist with us — loyalty is earned through the product, not by lock-in.
Transparent pricing
No quote-on-request, no mysterious discounts. Prices are public, success fees capped, non-circumvent clauses contractually bounded and time-limited.
Compliance by design
ISO 9001 and GDPR built into modelling, not as an overlay. 31 ISO clauses embedded in CRM objects, not in a parallel spreadsheet that nobody maintains.
